Tower Lane, Village of Theresa

The Tower Lane/McArthur Road/Bancroft Road project consisted of the design and construction of a new two-lane rural road which connects Tower Lane to McArthur Road. A portion of Bancroft Road was also reconstructed to include a pedestrian lane which would connect an existing pedestrian walkway to existing and future residential development. The project also included the design and construction of a regional storm water management facility which addresses potential future development contributing to storm water runoff.
